Liv 4 Design Inc. is coming up to its 5-year anniversary! We specialize in residential design and take on select office/retail projects throughout the Niagara Region. We are looking for an assistant to help our projects run smoothly! We need someone who is highly organized, efficient and able to multitask as no day or project is ever the same! Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Interior Designer. Tasks include: preparing documents and finish schedules, updating client databases, taking phone calls, drafting emails, correspondence, organizing meetings and monthly billing/invoicing.
Set up new client folders
Onsite site measuring assistance, document meeting notes, onsite photo documentation
Research, help source product, price, acquire samples and document product selections
Pick up and drop off samples as related to project. Driver’s License and Vehicle required
Prepare for client meetings
Assist Interior Designer with organizing social media posts
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter and a problem solver, with a keen ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Professional and tactful in both written and oral communications
Attention to detail in all work performed
Superior organizational skills
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues
Proficient on Mac/Apple computers
Microsoft Word, Excel
Experience with QuickBooks
Interior Design Background would be an asset
Knowledge of Google SketchUp Pro 3D rendering an asset
